Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

What can I do about harrasing bounty hunters? Boutny hunters has been to my apartment looking for someone, who I don't know. Ive only been living there a month. Before opening the door, they said they were going to kick my door down, they have warrents to serve and have warrents to search my building. I showed them my ID and lease, which clearly states my move in day. I spoke to my neighbor, whom they also went to her door, she said they have been there more than once looking for this lady. I'm not in the mood to be harrased about someone I don't no...do I have any rights?

Call the Police and keep them informed of the situation. They may be able to assist the bounty hunters in moving on to a new locale for the gal they seek. If you see a warrant for yrou premises, contact the judge ttha tsent it by leter, to let them know that you moved in on X, and do not know or have any connection to the gal the bounty hunters are seeking (state her name in the letter). This may prevent any new warrants for your address.

Good luck
