Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I loaned my car to a friend. While it was in his possession he sold it to someone then wrote them a bad check to buy it back before returning it to me. Lien holder found out. Can lien holder repossess if I am still making the payments

As long as you're current on your payment obligation, your lien holder will not trellises the vehicle. You might reassess your friendship.
