Misdemeanor in missouri

Ok we were given notice to move out of our house the day of my brothers funeral. Anyways They gave us 30 days. But later changed it to 3 days. And we got mostly out by then. Anyways we couldnt get a fridge in time so my husband kinda stole the one from the house. And an air conditioner. Anyways now we are both charged with a misdemeanor A. And I was wondering what they would do? Will we have to go to jail? I have two kids and would have to arange for that. And how could I get out of jail time if i can?

That's going to be an expensive adventure and you won't have the fridge and air conditioner anyway. Unless you have a history you'll most likely get probation and have to make restitution.
