How long do I have to file a motion of discovery?

Are you representing yourself in a lawsuit? If so, it appears that you should probably do a little reading. I have practiced law for thirty years and have never heard of, seen, or filed a "motion of discovery". Probably because no such thing exists. I would strongly suggest that you hire an attorney.
