Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was pulled over for not using my turn signal ( used hand signal ) the officer checked me and let me go, before she took 2 steps away she stop and asked if she could search the car, I said no my wife said yes so I got out of the car the officer then searched me and then searched my wife a pipe and 3 grams of pot was found on her, nothing was found in the car. was this search legal?
