Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was put on unsupervised probation for possession of marijuana in Missouri. A year later I just received a ticket in a separate county for possession of marijuana. Can I just go to court for this ticket as a separate matter.

Yes. But, the prosecutor to in the first County may learn of the new charge and want that Court to revoke your probation. You need to consult with a criminal defense attorney very soon. If you're convicted in the second county, the first County will more easily revoke your probation. And obviously, no more marijuana.
Good luck
