Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

First of thank you for reviewing my question....

The Police issued a search warrant at my residence 10/06/2009. Upon their search they found a Glock .40 caliber pistol and some packaged rabbit food. I was then taken into custody and placed on a 24hr hold in County jail. I was released and I wasnt given any court date or anything. My charges were Class B Felony and Misdemeanor Unlawful Use of a Weapon. I've just never heard of Misdemeanor UUW and I wondered would the Class B Felony be dropped since all they found were rabbit food? Thank you very much
