Tracking device state of Missouri
Can I use a tracking device on a vehicle to track where it has been?
I am an information recovery specialist (P.I.) in the state of Mo.
If the vehicle has both parties name on the title and I have permission from one of the owners of said vehicle, to use a data logger would it be legal to use?
