Missouri is an at will employment state. Unless an employer does so for disriminatory reaosns, they can fie you at any time, and you do not have to give any notice when you quit. If they are only asking the Men, White, handicapped or Foreign borne employees to take a lie detector test, and not the femal, bleck able bodied, or native American employees, then that may be prohibited discrimination. Otherwise, it apepars that a lie detector test is not within the parameters of prohibited activity. Employers do have a duty to protect private information that they comple an employee ot reveal. That could trigger liability for the employer. The short anser is No, you cannto be forced to take lie detector test. But, they can probably fire you if you refuse to.

Good luck
