Can i open carry a hand gun in a holster in missouri under the age of 18?

You can if you like orange jumpsuits and shoes without laces. You might also get shot. Unless you have military idnetification, it will be very dificult, if not impossible for you to get a carry permit, for anything that shoots faster than 500 fps, or ammunition larger than .177
