12 year old DUI, can and how do I get this expunged? 1st offense in 1986: Criminal case for DUI was dropped but administrative case was upheld and appears on my driving record. 2nd offense in 1997 (one in question): The state decided not to pursue suspension of license, however the municipality dropped it from a DWI to a BAC Class B misdemeanor. The 1997 charge is keeping me from gainful employment. I need this expunged. How?

You might be the same person I spoke with today on the phone. Assuming it is Missouri, you cannot expunge any offenses once you received the second DWI.
