Last night I got pulled over and like an idiot, took off running during the field sobriety test. Am I still able to be charged with a DWI?? And what else can I be charged with??

Yes, you can still be charged with the DWi, and also "Resisting Arrest by Fleeing' and perhaps other crimes. What happened to your vehicle?

You can still be charged with DUI. You can also be charged with either resisting arrest, or fleeing/eluding police. Did you take a preliminary breath test? How much of the field sobriety test did you take? Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss this further.
