Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

Reinstating drivers license

How do I obtain an order of reinstatement for a revoked drivers license in Missouri assuming the suspension period has been served, I know I need to get it from the circuit court in the county where the last conviction occurred, but not how to go about doing it.

Re: Reinstating drivers license

You have to file a petition against the director of the Department of Revenue asking for a court order forcing the Director to issue you a license. The attorneys' fees for this usually are not as much as you'd think - if not contested, usually about $500 plus actual costs (filing and sheriff's fees).
