If a family member has guardenship of a adult parent, what happens to the will the parent had. When they pass will the will take presidence over the guardenship

In nearly all cases, the guardainship ends at the moment of death, or when the Guardian or others learn of the death. If the will is sufficient, it may be admitted for probate within a year of the death of the parent.
