If i am 16 years old and live in missouri and my parents are drug users, would that help me be granted emancipation

That might help you to be declared to be a ward of the state and placed in a foster home, or help you to be determined to be in need of a legal guardian.If you get the state involved, they migh attempt to force you parents to get treatment and comply with a structured plan to become better parents or face the termination of their parental rights which, again, leaves you a ward of the court, and probably in foster care.
