The law does not allow a person your age to decide this issue. Depending upon the legal facts, your Father may be able to obtain a Court Order so that you can live with him. You should talk to your Father about this. If he wants to take the necessary legal action he should hire an attorney. I handle cases like this all of the time. He could contact me directly.
