My brother and his girlfriend broke up but they have a kid together and now that the mom has a new boyfriend she wont let me and my husband see our nephew. What can we do?

Your brother needs to file a Petition in Court and obtain a Judgment giving him custody rights. Then you can see the child whenever your brother allows during his Court Ordered parenting time.
