Can a custodial parent get a lawyer to collect an adjusted amount of child support for the past 12 years from the non-custodial parent who is not in arrears and never has been?

Your question is just confusing. What do you mean by "an adjusted amount of child support"? Who adjusted it? Why ould you need an attorney to collect child support if the payor is not in arrears? Please try to write a better question if you would like for some attorney to take the time to try to help you.
