Re: child support laws

I have handled several similar cases. Your husband will be extradicted to MO if he signs a waiver or if the court in Tenn. so orders after a hearing. There is or will be a bond set here in the Missouri Court for his release from custody pending a hearing here in Missouri. That bond figure is not necessarily set in stone. I have succeeded on Motions to Reduce Bond on many occasions. If your husband's Missouri case happens to be in ST. Louis County or in this area, I may be able to help him. I would require payment of a retainer fee in advance. Once retained I would find out how you might be able to make bond, file my entry of appearance and Motion to Reduce Bond, negotiate with the prosecutor and obtain a ruling from the court on my Motion. Then, I would be happy to actually post the bond if necessary and make all of the arrangements for you husband's release. Finally I would be able to represent him in defense of the criminal charges. You may call me at 314-727-2822 if you would like to discuss this further.
