Child Visitaion

Me and my wife are in the middle of a divorce, and im paying child support for my son, but she is not letting me see my son, also i got a letter in the mail from her father saying that he was in charge of letting me see jakob, what can i do about this matter?

If you are in the middle of a divorce then you should have an attorney representing you. Obviously enough then, you should ask your legal questions of your attorney. If you are not already represented by an attorney then you should hire one immediately. The fact that you are apparently voluntarily paying money intended for the support of your son has NOTHING to do with your rights concerning visitation or temporary custody of your son. Ordinarily, the mother's father would have absolutely no legal right to determine anything concerning your legal rights concerning visitation or temporary custody. If your relationship with your son is of any importance to you whatsoever, hire an attorney and get the legal advice and the legal services you so obviously need.
