child visitation/support

my daughters real mother just got evicted and has nowhere to live. she has no job and does not pay her childsuppot. she says she is moving out of state. What are my legal rights concerning her vistitations? If she has nowhere to live, do I have to send her to any old place her mother ends up staying?

Does the mother have court ordered rights of visitation or temporary custody? If so, what exactly does the court order say? If you have concerns about the mother taking the child someplace unsafe or potentially unsafe, then you might want to file a Motion to Modify the existing order to provide for some type of limited or even supervised visitation. The Court will take whatever steps are necessary to protect the child. Good luck.
