Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I've been the custodial parent of our 4 year old his entire life. My husband and i have lived in 2 separate households for the past 2 years. He never changed the password to his email account. He recently cancelled the court mandated mediation appointment stating he couldn't be there. i went into his account and found that he booked a 4 day cruise just a few days after rescheduling the appointment. Can i take this email into court as further proof that he does not put our child's best interesests first? he's offered no monetary support nor physical or emtional support for our son. he's only asked for 3 visits this year and has stopped all communication as of 08/05/10. Please advise.
