Custody Modification

My husband & I had custody of his daughter with her mom on supervised visitation from about 2002, this past year the mother petition courts to get more time with daughter...we agreed on some issues...on the final judgement agreement day...what my husband, the mother, lawyers & GAL agreed upon is not what showed up on final paperwork...this was back in May...how do we get this changed...can a nunc pro tunc order be placed to make the changes???

A nunc pro tunc order might be possible if you are only talking about a clerical error, and it can be readily shown what the actual agreement was, what the final Order was, and exactly what the clerical error was. I would suggest going back to the attorney who represented your husband and going over everything until you understand exactly what happened. If that attorney can not explain it, he or she needs to consult with the other attorneys involved in the case. In most cases like this, the problem does not arise from a clerical error. In most cases there is a misunderstanding, a miscommunication, or something worse. Good luck.
