daughter has 4 kids, 2 being raised by there grandmother, 1 was taken from her put in foster care in 2012, the other I, granddad, picked up at birth 9 months ago because she was in prison, now she released and I want custody because she doesn't act right, baby daddy in prison with a ten year sentence, he been in most of his adult life, I don't want any financial support its all about love and concern for baby. a bipolar convicted felon, 3 prior children raising none of them, what are my chances getting custody?
