These case scome down to the details and the facts. If you are telling yrou child's father that he can only communicate for one two hour period per week, then you may be laying the ground work for the father to get custody (and probalby child support) switched from you to him. Wht you did was a good effort to protect your daughter from undue emotional harm, but there are better ways. but, you did not indicate who was being annoyed, you or your daughter. If it is you, you may want to rescind your statement to your ex's wife and start communicating your concerns straight to him. Her father doesn't live with her and it isn't her fault. If you can be painted as someon who is preventing an ongoing relationship for them, you are increasing the chances that his Motion to modify will be successful.

Contact the attorney that handled yrou divorce/custody case and ask for thier guidance. It might cost you a few bucks, but it's your daughter and your sanity that is at stake.

Good luck
