Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Denied Visitation

My wife and I are separated and she is denying me visitation with my daughter. Nothing has been done in court yet and I have no money to file court papers as od yet since I have a disability claim pending with Social Security. Thank-You

Re: Denied Visitation

Depending on where you live the court clerk may have

standardized forms to enforce visitation.

Also you may be able to file your motion

without paying a filing fee if you cannot

afford to do so ("in forma pauperis") again

the court clerk may have a form for this.
