Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'm dividing my parents' stock equally between me and my siblings now that my parents have passed away. I have one brother who is still legally married but has been separated for nearly 20 years and has never done anything to dissolve his marriage. His two children are now grown. Would his wife have legal claim to the stock if he were to die even though someone else would be TOD on his portion?

Not if the TOD is valid and that depends upon the company that issued the stock.
