Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Divorce decree states custodial parent can claim oldest child on taxes and non-custodial parent who pays child support can claim youngest. Support is current. Oldest child no longer able to be claimed by custodial parent.

Can custodial parent claim youngest because they want the money and think they should have it?
