Divorce decree

My wife was granted divorce by default,

she was given all of our assets. May I

contest it? If so how?

I have to wonder how anyone could let something as important as a dissolution of marriage go by default. In any event, if the default was entered less than thirty days ago and you can bring your Motion to Set Aside the Default within the terms of the rules, then you may get a second chance. I would strongly advise consulting with an attorney.
