Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I got divorced from my ex husband in 2004. WE had a child support agreement in the amount of $284/monthly for 2 kids. Since then, I've had 2more kids with my current husband and he has had another child as well. Whats the best way to have child support amount adjusted since the cost of living has gone up??

In order to make the new support agreement enforceable in Court, it needs to be in an Ode. Therefore I suggest that you consult directly with an attorney in your area. If not, start with the attorney that represented you in the case before. You need more than the general information you can get here.

Good luck

In fact, you probably need to obtain a Modification of the existing child support Order. If you are in my area II might be able to offer my legal services for a reasonable fee. Please feel free to contact me.
