Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I need to file a motion to modify the parenting plan for visitation of my child. The original plan was done through Platte county missouri. But neither parties reside in this county anymore. Which county do I file in?

Until the casebis transferred, it remains in Platte. So, a motion to modify can be filed there.
