Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Form 15

I recieved my trial setting and mandatory pre-trial conference papers in the mail. I filed my divorce on my own, my spouse and I are in agreement on everything. What I do not know is what the Form 15 is that they want me to file before this specific date. Noone will tell me. Can you please let me know what form it is they are wanting. Thank you.

What a great post! Didn't you decide to handle your own divorce because you decided that you didn't need a lawyer? This is kind of like you decided to perform your own surgery, and now that you've got yourself cut open, you call a surgeon to ask for free advice. You should have hired an attorney in the first place. It may not be too late to do so now. Good luck.
