Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How does a friend of mine get money that a judge awarded her in a divorce. the judge reviewed the case twice and came up with the same decision but the ex is refusing to give her the money. she can't afford any more attorney fees

Perhaps you "friend" should use a collection attorney rather than another family law attorney. Many pursue such cases on a cost plyus contingetn fee basis. If she needs a referral, you or she may contact me. Your "friend" can attempt to garnish her ex's wages or his bank account(s) on her own, but the forms and process can be confusing.
