Paternal grandparents still want gaurdianship and a court date has been set, can she change her decision? What is the next action she needs to take?

Re: Gaurdianship

It is not clear from your question exactly what "guardianship papers" you are referring to, or what court action is currently pending. However, it does seem clear that you need to hire an attorney to discuss and review all of the facts and possibly represent you in court. If your relationship to this child is important to you do not risk it by going through legal proceedings without a lawyer. It would be a mistake. Good luck.
