grandma charged with child endangerment

my question is can a grandma be charged with child endangerment because her qrown daughter is living

in her basement with her two minor children.the

house was filthy because of the dozen cats owned

by the grandmother but she had no custodial rights

over the grandchildren and charged the daughter no

rent.

The simple answer is "Yes". I would suggest that the grandma needs to hire an attorney if she has in fact been charged. Good luck!
