I am involved in a custody case with my son and was recently awarded full custody. There was supposed to be one last court date to finalize everything and it was today but me and my attorney were not notified about this court date and there was a judgement made to the other party. Is this legal since me and my attorney wasn't notified? If so, what do i do?

This is a matter for your attorney to handle. They must do so quickly. Stay in contact with yur attorney and be prepared to attend a new heairng, perhaps at a very short notice. If your attorney does not seem to be concerned about the judgment or missed mearing, you may want to consider getting a second opinion about your case.
