Is there a law in the state of Missouri about what age brothers and sisters can no longer share a bedroom?

No, there is only the law laid down by Missouri parents on their kids. There might be a situation where the state child welfare services impose a requirement or one where a judge would impose such a rule in cases of incest, but short of that it would be up to the parents.
