Re: Legal name change

Do I understand your question correctly? It seems as if you want to handle your own divorce without the asistance of an attorney by filling in certain "forms", but at the same time it seems that you are writing to this site to get free assistance form attorneys. Personally, I believe that it is a mistake for someone who is not an attorney to go through a divorce without an attorney, but I do believe that you have the right to do so. (By the way, no attorney would go through a divorce without hiring an attorney.) In any event, if you persist in your decision to do this "pro se", then I wish you the best of luck.
