not letting mt see my kids

My ex decides when I can see my kids when he doesn't allow me a weekend I may not see them for a month. anytime I do somthing he doesn't like he takes my weekend away or also if the kids are involved in some activities. Can I take it back to court and if so can you tell me what will happen will he get in trouble?

If one parent is not preventing the other from seeing their kids, the Court wants to know. The Court may reverse teh custody and support orders. Take thorough notes of these occurences, with dates and times. You may need it to quantify the denial of visitation incidences.
