Maintenance Payments
In our devorce decree I was to pay maintenance to my ex wife. I have found out she may have remarried 4 months ago. Does my requirement to pay maintenance end when she remarries? If so do I need to return to court to change this.

Generally your legal obligation to pay maintenence ends upon the remarriage of your ex-wife. However, you should be careful to check your Divorce Decree and also you should be able to prove the fact that she remarried. If ,in fact, you overpaid, you may be entitled to a refund of the maintenance you paid after she remarried. Good luck.
