Modification of Child Support in Missouri

My childrens father was laid off for a few months. He took a job making a lot less than the job he had previously. He started the process through Child Support to modify, which was fine. The problem I now have is that since the time the initial paper work was filed that lowered his child support, he has taken a postion with a new company. He now makes roughly twice the amount as he did when the papers for the modification were filled out. I still have the option to an administrative hearing. Can I ask that new proof of income be provided in this hearing?
