Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

non-custodian parent visitation rights

My husband has a child with his ex-wife. In his divorce agreement, it states that, he get's to see her every other weekend and one night during the week. She stopped all visitation a few months ago. She moves and changes her phone number all the time without telling us. And now she is moving one hundred miles away. Is there anything we can do?

Re: non-custodian parent visitation rights

You need to have an address where the woman can be served with legal process. Either a home address or an employment address would do. You may need to hire an investigator. If you hire an attorney, the attorney may be able to help you with this. The attorney will also advise you whether to file a Motion for Contempt, a Motion to Modify, a Family Access Motion, or some other legal pleading in order to take the woman to court and obtain some relief. Good luck.
