Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Phone recordings as evidence in child custody case in Missouri

Does anyone know of a case where recorded phone calls to prove how the parent treats the one parent in front of the child on the phone was used as evidence in court? The other lawyer is claiming they can't be used due to one case she found. It is legal in our state for the recordings to be made, as long as your part of the conversations. IF anyone can help me, I'd so appreciate it! Thanks!

If you are involved in litigation involving children, then it seems obvious to me that it should be important enough for you to hire an attorney. If you have an attorney, ask your attorney to do the research. If you do not have an attorney, hire one.
