Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have been raising a my child for 3 years without little to no help from father. He sees child at least once a week.

Things have gotten bad because he doesn't help me with the child. He thinks he has rights. But now I am worried that if I let him see my child that he will not bring my child back to me and try to keep child over night or the whole weekend. I asked him for his new address and he will not give it to me.

Can he take my child and I can't do nothing about it?

And he doesn't have to give me his address so I can know where my child is?

You must get a paternity and custody judgment. Without a judgment either party has equal rights to the child, which means that one can take the child and keep it from the other. You need to go to court and get custody.
