Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a son who's father was granted visitation 4 years ago in Kentucky, even though he has domestic violence charges against me and another. He has since had multiple Dui 's and other charges and a judge deemed him unfit and have him supervised visitation of his other child in a case of neglect. I have moved to Missouri. And would like to take this new evidence back to court to have supervised visitation for my child. How do I do this?

It seems to me that you would need to consult with and hire an attorney in Kentucky since that is where the existing order, the fath and the child all are. Missouri courts might exercise jurisdiction if you and the child have lived here for a substantil period of time, and in that case, you would need to hire an attorney in MIssouri.
