Spousal harrassment

Is it possible to get an injunction against harrassment placed on a previous spouse? For instance, numerous drunken telephone calls of harrassment.

I believe that you would be able to obtain some relief under the Adult Abuse Act. If you elect to do this without an attorney, the clerks at the courthouse in the county where you live should be able to help you, although they will not give you legal advice. Often it is better to pay an attorney a reasonable fee for his or her time in order to be sure that everything goes right.
