Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
in december 2011 I bought a travel trailer from a private owner. I was unaware that we had to have a notarized lien release from the finance company and a bill of sale fro the owner. I can't license it because the owner will not get me the information I need and now I have to pay a 200$ penalty. what can I do
