What are some evidence things that would work well in proving a sexual assault or statruay rape or any sexual crime case? What are the possible sexual crimes with the lease evidence required?

Sex crimes are proved both by forensic evidence (DNA, fingernail scrapings, hair & fiber, etc.) and by direct testimony of victims and witnesses. There is no "best evidence" as literally any testimony can be used to show the rape or sexual crime occurred. However, the strongest cases include both testimony and forensic evidence.
