I have a garnishee question...case #05RA-CV00758 Mike Mattox & Libby Mattox

v Gene Rohrer

This guy faked bankruptsy. He owes our business 2,626.98 we have served him and the sheriff delivered we have done our all BUT he owns his own business so how do I go about getting our money .

Some of the information you provided is confusing. If you have obtqained judgment, then you can execute a Missouri judgment as to specific unencumbered, nonexempt personal property that you can sufficiently identify for the court and sheriff, such as bank accounts, vehicles, trailers, computer equipment, and moneys held for or owed by others to the judgmnent debtor.

There are set forms and processes for most executions.
