jury award reverseable ??
can a civil court judge lower or other wise lessen the dollar amount of jury award if our case goes back to court on appeal. this is a 20 m. dollar case this is jan 2. and i need help asap.

In Missouri a circuit court judge can add to or reduce the amount of a jury verdict in a civil case. It soes not matter if the case "goes back to court on appeal" as you say. In fact this would happen, if at all, immediately following the verdict being returned.
